Pakistan captain Babar Azam has broken previous India commander Virat Kohli's reality record for being the quickest hitter to arrive at 1,000 runs in ODI cricket as chief. With his 103(107) in the principal ODI against West Indies, Babar crossed 1,000 ODI runs in 13 innings as chief. Kohli had established the past standard, taking 17 innings.
