How many assassination attempt did Gandhi have?

 Starting with the year 1934 over a time of 14 years on upwards of six events endeavors were made to kill Gandhiji. The keep going one by Godse on 30-1-48 was effective. The leftover five were made in 1934, during the long stretches of July and September 1944, September 1946 and on twentieth January 1948.
